Cant seem to validate my feed (XML File)

I'n not sure if i did it incorrectly. I followed all the instructions, got my feed, but it cant be validated for some reason.
It's the following: feed://www.poderator.com/generateXML.aspx?pID=5579&dl=1

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
